I especially liked how the Chimperor's cronies define success as only being struck *twice* by terrorists during the Chimperer's regime (9/11, and the anthrax attacks). Yessiree, he might have let his guard down twice, but didn't let it down the third time!
In other news, America was not attacked by purple elephants during the administration of George W. Bush. Thus the administration of George W. Bush will be judged as a success by history. He successfully defended America from the purple elephant menace.
