Our Moron-in-Chief Hints at a New War

While taking photos alongside military leaders and their spouses before a dinner at the White House, President Donald Trump made an ambiguous statement, citing "the calm before the storm."

"You guys know what this represents? Maybe it's the calm before the storm," Trump said at the photo op Thursday night, following a meeting with his top military commanders.
It's one of the oldest tricks in the Playbook for Embattled Caudillos: When in trouble at home, start a war with somebody else. That's what the Argentine Junta did, thirty-five years ago. The signs are that the Russia investigation is closing in on Trump, so he'll go shed blood and treasure in order to retain his small-fingered grip on power.
