Professional Courtesy is Apparently a Thing of the Past

A Manhattan private equity director was killed by a shark while scuba diving off the coast of Costa Rica, authorities said.
I know, I'm a bad person.

Seems that the dive site was known for its abundance of shark species.

A gentleman I worked with dived there less than 6 months ago, and showed us a video of a 16-foot Tiger Shark cruising right by him. I would not have dived in that area, but apparently, the sharks there are/were well behaved. That 16-footer coulda swallowed her whole!

Having been a scuba diver, I gotta tell ya that humans look an awful lot like seals from below. especially when the sun is high.

I truly believe that most shark attacks are mistaken identity. Few happen at nighttime.

Then again, in the water, Humans are not necessarily the top predator.

Contrary to the assertion in your blog post that you're a bad person, you are not at all. However, you are telling an old joke. I first heard it maybe 30 years ago in a different context. Q: Why don't sharks bite matrimonial lawyers? Professional courtesy.
